1 Introduction

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. cemara777 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, fees imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account, where technically feasible. The Operator reserves the right to require matching withdrawal and deposit methods to prevent money laundering. Withdrawal Conditions: Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

Live Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to delay in acceptance due to the real-time nature of live odds. The Operator makes no guarantee that any in-play bet request will be accepted at the displayed price. Accepted in-play bets are binding regardless of subsequent events in the same fixture.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

11 Account Suspension & Termination

cemara777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player is engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity;
• The player's account poses a risk of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Continuation of the account relationship would breach applicable laws or regulations;
• The player is located in or has accessed the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or
• KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests may take up to 5 business days to process. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable betting rules.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cemara777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Where cemara777's liability is found by a competent court to exist, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the cemara777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the underlying code — is the property of cemara777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. 15 Amendments to Terms
